Error during initializing (InteropServices)

Hi all fans and experts of OotD!
I saw this Masterpice running on a friend's machine and wanna have it. But it does not work for me.
I get the following error message after starting OotD:
"There was an error initializing the application: System.Runtime.InteropServiices.COMExeption (0xDCD200009): Exception of HRESULT: 0xDCD200009
at OutlookView.IOCtl.set_View(String pVal)
at AxOutlookView.AxOVCtl.set_View(String value)
atOutlookDesktop.MainForm..ctor(String instanceName"
[OK]
After clicking "OK" I get a little tranparent white box, nothing in it and every change of options causes crashes.
I use WinXP (SP3) and Outlook 2003 (SP3), both german, NF 3.5 installed.
Has anyone an idea whats wrong?

I'm having the same problem on a freshly installed XP SP3 with Outlook 2003.

bij OutlookView.IOVCtl.set_View(String pVal)
bij AxOutlookView.AxOVCtl.set_View(String value)
bij OutlookDesktop.MainForm..ctor(String instanceName)
Anything known about this yet?

hi @ all!
Found this little Tool and tried it ... same Error to me.
I testet ist on Windows XP x64 Sp2 with Office XP (2002) SP3 and also on Windows XP x32 SP3 with Office 2003 SP3.
On both maschines NF 3.5 SP1 installed.
Any idear whats going wrong?
