This is a screenshot of the bug, the read or new mail icon isn't shown and half of the text in e-mails is cliped off. This bug is only apparent on the main personal folders instance inbox. [v 2.01]
Do you see how the subject etc. is clipped off, that is how it opens when I start Windows, if I manually open another instance of OOTD it looks correct.
I don't really know what goes wrong when I get an e-mail the primary inbox instance Ootd gets corrupted and looks like above for example. It will snap back to the way it should look if I adjust the spacing between From & Subject for example.
This is Outlook 2007 32-bit, & OotD v. 2.0.2, this bug started with version 2.0.1 and is completely not existant in version 2.0

It seems it works fine if you don't use the default instance as the main inbox folder in outlook.

I take that back that's not true there is always something wrong with the main inbox folder using OotD
