Auto Refresh ability

I just started using this and noticed that if i add an appointment or accept a meeting request, the calendar won't show it unless I close it and reopen.  It would be nice if the program could auto refresh every few mintues (or make it user adjustable) so if new appointments/meetings are entered, they will show on the calendar without having to close it and restart it.
