CUSTOMIZE CURRENT VIEW REVERTS

When I right-click on my desktop instances for tasks and email, I am able to use the "customize current view" option to set up which information fields I want to display.

As long as OOTD continues to run, there is no problem. As soon as I close the program and re-launch, though, all of my view settings revert to their defaults. 

I've tried changing the settings in Outlook itself then re-launching. Nothing.

Can anyone suggest how I might be able to customize which fields display on OOTD? 

Also, I've read a few other peoples' posts and the FAQ about switching calendar views. None of the fixes seem to work for me - I'm stuck on month view, even when I switch in Outlook itself and re-launch OOTD.

It would be great if future versions would have a tab option like the real Outlook interface so that we can easily switch from day to week to month.
