ODT claims Outlook 2003 is not installed on Win 7 64-bit

I have used ODT on previous systems and like it but on my new system win7 pro 64-bit with an SSD boot device, ODT cannot start claiming that Outlook is not installed.  I have outlook on a non-boot drive (SSDs are small after all).  Am I doing something wrong here or is a bug?

Thanks

It's possible that the code that detects where outlook is installed is not working correctly when installed on a non-boot drive.  I'll take a look.

I'm experiencing the same problem.

However, it started acting up about 2 weeks ago on it's own when I would reboot.

I've installed and uninstalled several times.

I'm running Windows Home Premium and Office 2010.
