Multiple Instances

Hello!
Nice Software, Congrats. I have seen screenshots and one that is of Multiple instances and I really like it. But fail to understand how I can make it work means what to do for multiple instances I only get one at a time. If I select Inbox then Tasks then inbox disappears and only task remains.
Please help me out as I am new to this....

When I right click It just shows - Calender, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, About, Preferences, Hide and Close no
'Add Instances". What to do for that?
