Installation on Windows 7 Failling

My machine: Windows 7, 32bit, 4gig ram

I download the .exe v 2.1.2

I open the file

I select 'Run'

The installer launches, I click 'Next'

I confirm location for installed as default

I confirm the folder name 'Outlook on the Desktop'

I confirm the last two steps and click 'Install'

I receive the following error:

Setup was unable to create the directory "C:\Programs Files\Outlook on the Desktop". 

Error 5: Access is denied

Usually when I install app I get a box for my User/Password (I use a seperate login for control of installions)

Please let me know if there is some security setting I am missing for this installer..
