Right Click "Move to folder..." doesn't respond

Using Outlook 2007 and Vista Home Premium.
I have an instance of the Inbox running. When I right click on a message and select "Move to folder..." nothing happens. This occurs for single e-mails and multiple selected e-mails. In addition, I have folders in the same pst file to which I could move files. Finally, the function works within Outlook itself. What's happening?

I'm running into something similar. I can move to folder outside the message but while reading, only occasionally.
