Is anyone going to help with our Vista and Outlook 2003 problem?

There has been several complaints that this does not work with Vista and Outlook 2003 and I was wondering if anyone out there knows how to solve this problem?  I'm not being a B**** it's just that I really would love to try this program out and I donated and all, because it looked so freaking awesome and I have heard great things about it.  However, when I downloaded it, it popped up with all these errors and wouldn't even work for me.  I have emailed and post on forums with no reply.  After tons of research, there are buttloads of people having this same issue with no resolve.  Just wondering if anyone figured it out or if someone knows how to figure it out.  Will I ever be able to download this and get it to work, or not?  Do I need to stop waiting for this program and try to find another desktop calendar?  Just wanting to know.

Thanks,

Persi

I have OOTD on my old laptop running Windows XP.  I love it and it works perfectly.  BUT I just got a new HP laptop and it runs Vista.  I downloaded OOTD and it will not run.  I also installed Microsoft .net Framework and after the end of the installation it said “Setup Error.” The error message I get when trying to run OOTD is "Outlook on the Desktop has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."  Does it matter that I'm running the trial version of Microsoft Office 2007?  My old HP laptop ran Office 2003.  This is so disappointing.  I rely on OOTD big time and adore it.  Is there no help available?

Thanks for any input.

I have a similar problem with same software.  (Vista 64b).   I do not get error messages, and the program installs and seems to run fine.   Problem is the the outlook on the desktop screen stays blank no matter what "view" (eg calendar, contacts, etc) is selected.   The current date appear on the task bar, but nothing on the desktop but a blank screen.

Sure would appreciate help.
